Julio Torres
Julio is a Brooklyn-based comedian who moved to NYC from El Salvador to study literature at the New School. In 2013, Julio was a finalist in the NBC Stand-Up for Diversity showcase, then was named one of Comedy Central’s 2014 Comics to Watch. In 2015, Julio was honored as one of the New Faces in the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival. Julio has developed original content for Broadway Video’s Mas Mejor network, including his series DIEGO + VALENTINA. After writing for THE CHRIS GETHARD SHOW and BILLY ON THE STREET, Julio went on to guest write for the 41st season of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and is now an Emmy-nominated full time staff writer in his fourth season. Julio’s work on SNL has received much acclaim from THE NEW YORK TIMES, VULTURE, VANITY FAIR, and more. Julio has guest starred on HBO’s HIGH MAINTENANCE, performed stand up on LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS, and has also both performed stand up and appeared as a correspondent on THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON. His first stand-up special premiered as a half hour on COMEDY CENTRAL STAND UP PRESENTS. Last August, Julio headlined his first solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, “My Favourite Shapes: By Julio Torres” to rave reviews. Most recently he performed “My Favorite Shapes” at Just For Laughs in Montreal as well as at the Soho Theatre in London. Julio just wrapped production on LOS ESPOOKYS, which he co-created and stars in with Fred Armisen and Ana Fabrega for HBO.

Ana Fabrega is a Brooklyn-based comedian. She wrote, produced, and starred in the upcoming HBO show Los Espookys. She's written on truTV's The Chris Gethard Show and has appeared on IFC's Portlandia, HBO’s High Maintenance, and truTV's At Home with Amy Sedaris. She was selected for Just For Laughs 2017 "New Faces: Characters" and for Comedy Central's "Comics to Watch" for the 2016 New York Comedy Festival.
