To tell one species of water beetle from another, you need to get up close and personal-- you've got to look at their junk. Just in time for Valentine's Day, The Field Museum's collections manager of insects, Crystal Maier, will be on hand to talk about combing for water beetles, caring for one of the world's largest collections of insects, and, of course, the ins and outs of bug sex.
