Cameron McGill

Chicago songwriter Cameron McGill has been carving out a place for himself
over the years through relentless touring and a growing list of
self-released albums. His fifth and most recent release, 2011's Is A
Beast (Post-Important), found him reaching beyond past recordings to
explore a more visceral approach to his songs. He recently taped sessions
with Chicago's JBTV, Daytrotter and The Denver Post's Hey Reverb.
The newest album is streaming here: http://www.cameronmcgill.com/isabeast.
McGill is currently at work on his first collection of poetry as well as a
new solo album, due out in the coming year.

The Calumet Reel

Drake, David, and Scott have been friends since grade school. Moved to Bloomington to attend university. Along the way, they were greeted by Andy and his goodlookin roommate Glenn, they ended up playing music, came up with a name, and began playing shows.
Rachele Eve

Detroit-native, Rachele Eve set out for Chicago in 2006. She currently works with several musicians around the city promoting her debut full-length record entitled Mouth of Feathers. Coined as “desert rock,” the album showcases Eve’s whisper-to-wail vocals behind a wall of vintage instruments. Following MOF’s 2009 release, Rachele Eve has been featured as a Top Local Artist of 2010 on 93.1WXRT, Daytrotter, and opened for prolific songwriters like Cass McCombs, Matthew Santos, Ezra Furman, Lindford Detweiler (Over the Rhine) and Dick Prall.
